In 1985, Technotel Graphic Systems Sprl (TGS) was established in The Democratic Republic of Congo. It was the first printing press in the DRC and is still the market leader in the printing industry. In 1997, Graphic Systems (U) Ltd opened its doors using the wealth of knowledge and support available through its parent company, Technotel Graphic Systems Sprl. Graphic Systems (U) Ltd. propelled itself to the forefront of the market in capacity, quality and service. Services offered include graphic design, offset, digital, letterpress, flexo, gravure and large format printing.

In 2005, Graphic Systems expanded to the Angolan market. Graphic Systems Angola Ltd offers graphic design, offset and gravure printing, and flexible packaging to its domestic market. Initially opened as a satellite of Graphic Systems (U) Ltd., Graphic Systems Rwanda Sprl. commenced independent commercial operations in mid 2007.

Fabrication Systems Uganda Limited (FSUL) was established in 2009 in response to the growing need for high standard fabrication products and services in East Africa. XL Media Sprl. was set up in 2009 and specializes in the supply of promotional & advertising material in the DRC. Though the strength lies in printing of both flexible and rigid media for billboards and signage, XL maintains a variety of promotional counters and display stands for indoor use.
